TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquired about obtaining a Visa on Arrival in Thailand given their double vaccination with Sinovac. The response clarified that Visa on Arrival is not currently available; instead, eligible travelers can enter visa-exempt for up to 45 days. However, all travelers must secure a Certificate of Entry from a Thai consulate or embassy, which requires meeting specific criteria, such as having medical insurance and confirmed accommodations.

You can’t get visa on arrival. If you’re from an eligible country you can enter visa exempt for (currently) 45 days. However everyone needs a certificate of entry from a Thai consulate/embassy. To get one of those there’s a number of hoops to jump through including medical insurance and paid up accommodation and the like. Check you local embassies website for full details.
