Greetings. I'm about to finish my Non-O (retirement -3years) and am wondering if I can get a 60 day extension for being married to a Thai(without showing financials- I'm an American)?

if you did not use this 60 day Extension of Stay in the period of getting this visa and the 1 year Extensions of Stay following it, it should be no problem.

Yes you can. You'll get an extension of stay based on marriage at your local immigration office for 1,900THB, which is good for 60 days.
