Greetings. I'm about to finish my Non-O (retirement -3years) and am wondering if I can get a 60 day extension for being married to a Thai(without showing financials- I'm an American)?

Yes you can. You'll get an extension of stay based on marriage at your local immigration office for 1,900THB, which is good for 60 days.
