TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring about the possibility of further extending their visa in Thailand after already obtaining a 60-day extension on a Philippine passport. Comments suggest they may need to apply for another extension or consider a border run, emphasizing that further extensions related to COVID may still be available but are subject to the discretion of the immigration office.

If you extended for 60 days then I’m assuming you had a Covid extension. You can file for a further covid extension up until July 25th. They’re issued at the discretion of the immigration office(r) so not a given that you'd get one.

More likely to be denied of another Covid visa. Additional requirements are needed aside from the embassy letter. Many have already informed that they were rejected in Bkk.

If you did, u need a visa this time or a border run with all the requirements. Search for them.
