Please adivise: If someone flies into Thailand from South Africa and gets a 30 day exempt at the airport. After that 30 days, goes to Loas for a 60 day tourist Visa. Does he still qualify to do an 30 day extension or does he have to leave the country again? He has not done a 30 day extension yet. Thanks in advance..
