Be prepared for questioning.
Have a return flight, a reservation of staying and 20k baht or equivalent in cash.
Were you told on your last entry to get the proper visa last time because, if not, you will probably be ok but you might want to get a Tourist Visa just in case?
If you tend to come to Thailand and then fly back to Australia and return again then you were pretty much a genuine tourist and should encounter no problems.
When u enter the immigration line go to lane that moves fastest cos the officer is not checking except stamping the passport n doing a eye bio metrics n those slow lines watch out hes asking detail question
The only person who can answer that is the immigration officer you will be standing in front of when you try to enter. They have the full discretion to approve or deny your entry.
That being said, 3 months isn't an overly long amount of time. Most people start to run into issues around 150 days or so. It sounds like you'll be outside of Thailand a few months between trying to enter again.
But makes sure you understand that "this year" means nothing. They look back at the last 12-18 months, not just 2026. So if you have additional time in 2025, that can count into that 150 days that can cause problems.
Also, most people get a warning like "next time you need a visa" rather than just being denied entry outright.
