I apologise if this question has been asked a lot before, I cant find it on a scroll through.

Is there any issues with doing the bridge (friendship bridge) crossing into Laos & then just coming back over to get another 30 day VISA excemption? Im thinking of doing the very cheap border run (bus/train) overnight, boarder run in morning & returning same day.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The discussion revolves around the possibility of performing a border run from Thailand to Laos via the Friendship Bridge to obtain a new 30-day visa exemption. Some responses suggest that it is situational, depending on the individual's passport and the number of border visa exemptions used within the year. Users are encouraged to check specific regulations based on their nationality and prior visa exemption usage.
