Hi group, I have a question. Has anyone done a vias run (boarder hop) via the friendship bridge in Nong Khai. I would like to do an in and out from Laos and back to thailand.

Has anyone done the same and were there any issues with re entry. I know Immigration are not after DTV holder l, but I just want to make sure it will be no issues.

Update

I have just finished my boarder hop and no issues on returning to thailand. The only question asked was where is the Laos stamp in my passport. Then stamped in for y months a passport handed back.

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user inquired about the process of a border hop via the Friendship Bridge in Nong Khai to Laos and expressed concerns about potential re-entry issues into Thailand. After completing the trip, the user confirmed there were no problems during re-entry, with immigration only questioning the Laos stamp in their passport. Other community members highlighted that the activity is more accurately labeled a border bounce rather than a visa run.

Sounds like you're doing a border bounce not a visa run.
