Hi, I have a stupid question but I'm confused. When I will come back to close the loop on 20 Oct in MTT (by Embassy letter applied), can I apply for converting that current stamped Visa to a Student Visa on the same day in Chaengwattana?

You should be able to do it, but whether you can do it is between you, your school, the documents they give you and Section C-1 at Chaengwattana.
