Hi Everybody. I previously held a Non-Immagrant O Visa before moving back to the US. I am planning on moving back to Thailand in January. Is it possible to convert a tourist visa to Non-Immigrnt O visa just by meeting the financial requirements.

Whether you need proof of onward travel comin' in to thailand "free stamp" entry or not is an air carrier requirement most of the time, so check with the carrier. If they say no issues then you'll be fine once you get here and go to stamp in
