My EOS with multiple reentry permits expires on April 6 2027. Can I apply for a LTR while in Switzerland? If yes, how far ahead of April 6 2027?

When do you plan on returning to Thailand? Apply about 1-2 months before then. Once you are approved, tell them you will pick it up in Bangkok. Then they'll take care of everything when you go to the BOI to pay.

you can apply for an LTR Visa when ever you want, you apply directly thru the LTR website.
