TLDR : Answer Summary
A Thai citizen who has been married to a Dane and has lived in Denmark may need a Schengen visa to return for a holiday, as Denmark is part of the Schengen area. However, if they have permanent residency in Denmark, they may not need a visa. The entry requirements depend on their current residency status.

Denmark is part of Shengen area, so unless you previously obtained a Danish passport, you will need a Shengen visa.

Better ask in groups about Danish visas.

A Thai does not need a Visa to enter Thailand, a Thai ID or passport (even expired) will be accepted to gain entry

Thai citizens don’t need any visa if they have permanent residence abroad.
