Is it possible to use training and studying in a government approved Thai massage school in Chiang Mai as your reason for applying for a DTV? If so, then what documentation for the program do I need to provide? Thanks in advance!

TLDR : Answer Summary
The possibility of using training at a government-approved Thai massage school in Chiang Mai as grounds for applying for a DTV visa (Digital Nomad Visa) is uncertain. It is recommended to contact your embassy as they set their own requirements. Officially, recognized classes are limited to Muay Thai and Thai Cooking, with few instances of DTVs granted for Thai language classes, which most embassies do not accept. Verification with your specific embassy is necessary to determine the acceptability of Thai massage classes.
You would need to ask your embassy. Each embassy sets their own requirements on what they will allow, and what they require. Officially the only classes listed on the MFA infographic were Muay Thai and Thai Cooking. There have been a couple of reports of people that managed to get a DTV for Thai language classes, but most embassies will not accept that and instead tell the person to apply for an Education visa. So you need to check with your embassy and ask them if they would allow massage classes for a DTV visa.
