Has anyone had a similar problem? A friend was picking up his passport(Savannakhet Embassy); he was pulled aside and integrated for 45mins. This is his second Ed Visa(first-Thai language, now English), his plan was to learn Thai, English, and next to apply for a teaching job(B.A. in teaching). He is from Indonesia, has had 5 tourist visas in the past two years.
Question: is it possible to ask Chanwattana Immigration to reverse the cross outs and actually issue the ED Visa as stated on the visa.

The friend, who hails from Indonesia and has a history of multiple tourist visas, is curious about the possibility of requesting Chanwattana Immigration to rectify cross outs on the ED Visa to have it issued according to the original application.
