I'd like to register my marriage in Thailand (I'm a US citizen married to a Thai national). Is this possible to do with me in the US and my wife in Thailand. Can I authenticate my passport and marriage certificate in the US and mail my wife the documents for her to complete the process in Thailand? Thank you!

TLDR : Answer Summary
A US citizen married to a Thai national can register their marriage in Thailand even if they are in the US. The US citizen needs to authenticate their passport and marriage certificate in the US, and then mail these documents to their spouse in Thailand for the necessary registration steps.
