TLDR : Answer Summary
A Bangladeshi individual in Malaysia with a work permit can travel to Thailand. They need to apply for a visa through the Thai Embassy in Malaysia. The process involves obtaining a Certificate of Entry (COE) and following specific steps including booking flights, acquiring travel insurance, and securing a quarantine hotel. It's advisable to check directly with the Thai embassy for detailed requirements and ensure all necessary documents are prepared.

I fail to comprehend as to why probably 90% of the questions asked here are not done directly to the relevant agency or Embassy , but no let's ask on Facebook.

perhaps it’s because there’s a Facebook group called “visa advice”. I fail to comprehend why people are on a group with such a name if they are going to complain about people asking for visa advice.

or they ask the embassy, get instructions to follow but do not follow it, get declined and then ask the group why. Please just do not point this out as you will be called names.

Step1. summit COE first ( the Embassy need to take 3-5 working for Approve)

Step 2.after you get approved book flights (recommend SQ costs~ 8,000 ThB CHANG DATE FEE + DIF HIGHER Fare) then need to buy assurance cover time you need to stay in Thailand 4,500-8,700 for 30-60 days and book Quarantine hotel.

Step 3. You need to upload all documents web
