Can a Bangladeshi citizen with UAE residency apply for a Thailand Work Visa while in Dubai?

I would like to get some information from people who have experience with Thailand work visas.
If someone is living in Dubai/UAE with a valid UAE residence visa, can they apply for a Thailand Work Visa / Work Permit from Dubai and travel directly to Thailand for employment?
I would like to know:
• Is it possible for a Bangladeshi citizen with UAE residence to get a Thailand Work Visa?
• Do I need a job offer or employment contract from a Thai company first?
• Who applies for the Work Permit, the employer or the employee?
• Can the entire process be completed from Dubai, or do I need to return to Bangladesh?
• What are the current requirements, approximate cost, and processing time?
If anyone has recent personal experience getting a Thailand Work Visa from Dubai, please share the actual process and information.

Marry a Thai, apply for a marriage visa, Work permit is included but as already commented on, Even with a work permit many positions are restricted to Thai nationals only.

You can get a non b visa and work permit. But the paperwork can only be supplied by the employer in Thailand.

Please keep in mind that employers can only get work permits for some occupations. You cannot get a work permit for a foreigner to be a housekeeper, retail clerk, waiter, construction worker, architect, driver, and many other jobs.

You need a job offer first. Your prospective employer subsequently organises appropriate visa and work permit. Jobs that can be held by non Thais are very restricted.

The most likely job for a non Thai is teaching English, or a senior role in management with an international company with Thai operations. I suggest also googling "jobs available for non-Thais." Bear in mind that most jobs in Thailand are reserved for Thais. There are no websites for "work permit jobs" because there are so few jobs other than teaching. If you have teaching qualifications there are Facebook groups for "teaching in Thailand."

You need to have arranged employment before you can apply for a Non-B visa. The employer needs to provide the paperwork for your application.

জিহাদুল ইসলাম সালমান Well it depends on the kind of work you're wanting to do. The list of occupations available for foreigners isn't big. Most occupations here are reserved for Thai nationals.
