Any visa agents that can help to cross from Vientiane back into Nong Khai? First time crossing the border by land back into Thailand without flying, no major passport history/abuse, however I would be keen to make the entry back into Thai as easy as possible hence looking for an agent. Been in Laos for 4 days sightseeing and now looking to continue my holiday in Thailand for another 1-2 months.

Why do you want an agent!

For anyone curious I gave it a shot without an agent after spending 5 days in Laos.

I managed to cross for another visa exempt stamp after being pulled aside and interviewed by the immigration supervisor for about 10 minutes.

Had a one way ticket out to KL booked as well as a weeks worth of hotels in Chiang Mai + 20k thb in cash.

This is my first ever border run so it seems well apparent that they are getting more stingy on people using Nong Khai as a border crossing.

+66 80 327 1333 on whatsapp...They primarily rent cars and can pick you up anywhere in Vientiane and deliver you to Udon Thani Airport.

I've crossed that border several times with no problem. Once I stayed for 7 days, I was charged a fee for a short stay. 2 weeks later I entered the Friday morning and returned to Thailand the Friday afternoon no fee and no problem.

seems to have changed a lot recently, even my gf was interviewed when we stamped out where they asked her if I was just doing a border run to live in Thailand or if we’re going for an actual holiday

Confused. Why do you need an agent to cross?

heard too many bad stories about land borders lately. I’ve just done a full 60+30 day exemption stay so not keen to find out if I will be denied or not once I have already left Laos.
