TLDR : Answer Summary
The question pertains to whether a foreigner holding a retirement visa and a multi exit re-entry permit must show 20,000 Baht in cash when returning to Thailand after a 6-week absence. This requirement can vary based on immigration policies, and it's advisable to check current regulations regarding cash declarations at immigration.
