Hi everyone,

I’ve been using the IMM eService App to do my 90 day report. So far it’s always been approved within 24 hours and i was able to print ouf a PDF with the next appointment date but I keep seeing people using a *new* website, so now I’m confused, should I keep using the app or should I switch to the website? Thanks!

Has anyone successfully done a ninety day report on their iPad. I normally report in person to CW BKK, but want to do online from now on. I’m stuck in Isan at the moment, and can not get back to BKK in time to report in person.

Following the problem I had yesterady and this morning to do 90 days online… I just noticed coming back from Immigration that I had an alert on my iPad and on my iPhone to UPDATE the IMM eServive app (iOS).

Perhaps it is related. So check your iOS or Android devices to get that updade and try to do report from the device, not from a computer.
