What’s the go-to low cost high deductible approved Health Plan for somebody on US Medicare, but just needs Thai Plan to satisfy Non-0 Visa requirement?

In need of some info about visa application and insurance! I am from the US and I will be coming on a non immigrant b work visa. I must have a minimum coverage of USD $100,000. I have been looking into companies and decided to go with IMG insurance company for my first year but before I purchase the plan and send my visa app in for approval I was wondering if anyone had any experience with IMG or know if my visa will be rejected or approved because of this company?

The internet says IMG is an accepted provider but any personal experiences/ recommendations would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.
