I am helping a friend apply for the Thai visa now online, he is intending staying for 6 months, flights booked etc. When completing the application it says he needs to supply a Certificate of Criminal Record, which we did via GOV.UK but it also asks for a medical certificate, Ministerial Regulation No14 (B.E. 2535) he asked his doctor but they have never heard of it. Any advice please? He is due to fly at the end of October. Thanks
