Hello everyone. I need some help and information PLEASE!!! My step mom was born in Thailand in 1957 and has been in the United States for over 40 years now. She has Dementia now and can not remember where she placed her birth certificate. My dad needs it for insurance and social security purposes. I have called everywhere to try to get help on how to get a birth certificate from Thailand. Also, I have her maiden name but have no idea on how to spell it. (Suminajacasant) That's how it sounds. I contacted the hospital in Bangkok and I can request her medical records but I need the correct spelling of her maiden name and a hospital number which I have no idea on how to get that either. Thank you in advance!!! Any information will be helpful.
