Hello lovely people,

I need to fly to BKK on Monday from Phuket. Do I need any extra requirements such as a fit-to-fly certificate? I have tried to google it but most info is from May and I don't know if that is accurate. I also tried to search it on this page but I couldn't find a recent answer. Thank you in advance!

Travelled from Phuket to Bangkok and stayed in a chain hotel for 2 nights. Have no departure card or stamp in passport so when registering address on line will that be left blank? Do I replace the current online print out with one for this trip as I will be travelling to Australia for 3 weeks at the beginning of Feb?
