What should I expect from my SHA+ hotel in Phuket regarding certificates and prepayment?

I booked my hotel in Phuket for 1 week

I made sure that the hotel is SHA+.

Are they suppose to provide me any kind of certificate? Do I need to do anything special other then pay for the rooom?

I sent the hotel a few e.maiils but they dont respond
