TLDR : Answer Summary
The conversation discusses options for expats in Thailand to manage their utility payments (water and electricity) while being temporarily out of the country. Key suggestions include setting up online payments, utilizing property management services, or arranging direct debits. Additionally, some recommend contacting the property manager to handle payments and explore apps like MEA for bill payments.
