So.. first time they asked for 3 month bank statement, employment certificate, and resume. I submitted all of those with an cover letter explaining all the docs.

Now second time, they ask for 3 month bank statement again? Any idea what to do? I submitted statements from the past 3 months and a Balance statement from a few days ago of over 15k… do I submit the same thing again?

For booking record, do I send a hotel booking record of a future stay in thailand? Or in the country I applied in?

For the certificate of income issued by national tax service, do you think 2023 tax return for IRS is okay? I started a new company and got seed investment mid 2024 so this seems pretty tricky.

Hello, I need clarification please. In case of a request for a one-year extension of the non-immigrant visa O + 50 years (retirement). I said O and not OA. On the criteria of income required of 65000bth/month for a Frenchman, if I provide a certificate on the honor of the French Embassy in BKK as my monthly income is more than 65000bath/month, can you confirm that the document is accepted by the BI please? And ask more and more about this document, opening a bank account in Thailand and proof of transfers of 65,000 baht/month? Thank you for your help.

* I am applying for O-A visa. On the thai e visa site, as financial requirements " 3. Financial evidence : a guarantee letter from the bank and a copy of bank statement showing a deposit of the amount equal to and not less than 800,000 THB or an income certificate with a monthly income of not less than 65,000 THB or a deposit account plus a monthly income in total not less than 80,000 THB."

* the 3rd option, a deposit account plus a monthly income. How will this monthly income be calculated to retire the 800,000 THB quota? Just the monthly pension x 12 then + the deposit if that is more than 800,000 THB? What do I need to prove this monthly income? How many months of pension income statement or anything else?

Hello...My first question to you.

I lived and worked more than 23 years in Thailand. I still own a property there and I'm a member at the SSO Thai Social Health Insurance for more than 27 years.

After 3 years living in germany, I will try to get back to Thailand step by step.

If I came in with a 90 day Retirement O Visum.

Can I request a One Year Retirement O Visum (reentry) at a Thai Immigration?

I believe I fulfill all requirements, including the 800.000THB on my Thai Bank. My wife and Kids, both have the Thai Nationality.

Thanks in advance. May anything I need to know else?

The 800k THB deposited in a bank is easy to prove and is currently what I am doing but I also receive income on investments and a monthly fee for consultancy services but paid into a bank account in orher countries (HK and SGP). I currently transfer more than 65k per month (114k) into my Bangkok Bank account for monthly expenses from overseas but it’s not from a confirmed pension or retirement plan or anything of that nature. If I can find a way to show the authorities that I have sufficient non-pension based monthly income (which I have) then I can release the 800k that just sits there doing nothing. Any help or advice appreciated…...”

however, we did a test run this week with a letter from Bangkok Bank showing and confirming the regular deposit from overseas of 114k, we produced 12 months of bank statements showing said deposits and an up to date bank book. The immigration officer said if the funds are not from an actual state or private pension and it’s just from overseas savings/investments then the income does not qualify for the 65k regular income alternative to the 800k deposit. Can this be right? And if not, how or where can I get this option accepted as properly legitimate which I believe it is.

I in preparation for another NON-O Married yearly extension. I use income from abroad method. Will I need to show income certificate from my country consulate, if I have bank statement, which have 12 monthly FTT transfers? My consulate still do these income certificates, but looks like this is overlapping requirements? CW immigration if this important. TIA

Hi, I have a couple of questions about the finance aspect of the Non O-A visa. Last time we applied (in the UK) we had money in a current account, so we printed off three months worth of statements and had the bank sign and stamp them. This was fine and the embassy were happy with it. We are going back to the UK soon and will be applying for another Non O-A visa, but our money is in now a high interest savings account, and the pensions we get are just short of the monthly requirement for the visa. My questions are - will the embassy accept statements of a savings account if they are signed and stamped as before or does it have to be a current account? Or we could do a combination of pension income and the money we have in a joint current account, but the embassy will need an income certificate - what is that? Many thanks in advance.
