My friend is flying here with his wife and kid from Germany. Their trip is about 37 days but they are flying to Bali for a few days anyway so they don't need to worry about a visa.
Their return flight is booked from Germany but the Bali flights aren't booked yet. Will the airline give them any issues for having an over 30 day itinerary? Note they haven't been to Thailand in almost a year.
Thanks

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user inquired about their friend's family's flight itinerary that exceeds 30 days due to a trip to Bali. Responses varied, with some suggesting that if they are flying with Lufthansa, they may face issues unless they confirm onward travel. Others believed that as Germans traveling as tourists, they would most likely be granted a 30-day stamp upon arrival. Recommendations included booking a hotel in another country as proof of onward travel.
If the airline is Lufthansa they will have problems and should book the flight to Bali or a cheap flight out of Thailand. If it‘s an international airline they might have better chances.
I don't think so. It's a family on holidays.leaving thailand to an other tourist destination should be very easy.if the all come back the will get a 30 day stamp because they are Germans ( G7 Staates ) and can then fly home
