AS I have a METV do I need a flight out of Thailand? I am booked on a one way flight ticket and I first want to talk first to my GF about when we go out of the Kingdom? METV approved and printed out already.
Answer summary
If you have a valid METV (Multi-Entry Tourist Visa) for Thailand, you typically do not need to show proof of onward travel when entering the country. You can simply present your printed METV and passport at immigration. However, it's advisable to check with your airline as they may have their own policies regarding onward travel requirements.

also if when you check in to your flight they ask for onward travel show them the PDF print out of the visa. As a rule holding a valid visa to thailand means the airline doesn't require proof of onward travel to let you fly
