I was approved 2 weeks ago in Hanoi for workation. Applied on wednesday, more documents requested thursday, docs submitted friday and approved the following week on tuesday.

Some say Hanoi is a bit quicker but it very much is dependent on the quality of your documentation.Someone recently approved in 4 days In HCMC and they posted what they submitted. Check that post so you know what gets approved quickly.
