Has anyone successfully received an Ed Visa in Hanoi recently? 

Rumor has it that they wont allow you to apply for the Ed visa in Hanoi anymore.

I just spoke with a student at my school who said she got her Ed Visa in Hanoi last week. So I think the rumors are unfounded. However she did get interviewed. So I think Hanoi is strict.
