Hi All! Where is the best place to go for my 7 day COVID test? Dropped the ball a bit- is doing an at home test an option? I am in Phuket Town. Thanks!

TLDR : Answer Summary
In Phuket Town, for your 7-day COVID-19 test, you need to go to a hospital for the RT-PCR test, as at-home tests are not permitted. Recommended locations include Central Floresta and Kingpower, and appointments are necessary.

The ones available by appointment was Central Floresta or Kingpower when it was free for us coming on Test&Go. If you have an pink slips it can be used but when I arrived I had to get help from my one night hotel.
