Question for anyone who has got a tourist visa in HCMC before... I see it costs $40, I'm wondering do I pay that when I apply on day one, or when I pickup on day two?

Got an education visa there a few days ago and all visa fees are paid on the first day between 8:30-13:00 or something. The next day of pickup starts at 13:30 and it's a minute process

Visa fee is non refundable if application gets denied

Make sure you pay with US$ and all bills require to be in excellent state
