Question for those on a DTV from the UK. 

What have you done about the electoral register?

Have you stated that you live abroad, or kept a UK address somewhere?

Issue 1) I don't want to be called for Jury Duty.

Issue 2) Is that some banks don't like you being abroad for extended periods - Monzo etc... 

And if I register that I live abroad, it could flag to banks if there are ever credit checks run through my account. (According to ChatGPT)

Issue 3) Apparently credit rating can also be effected by declaring living abroad.

Why worry about being called up for Jury Duty? Unless they send you the call up via registered post (which they never do!), then there's no record of you ever receiving it! If you never reply, then you don't get put down! 😜 They send out absolutely loads of call ups, but only a tiny fraction of people actually reply... and they're the ones who end up sat in the courthouse!
