I submitted my DTV visa application on September 3rd. On the 5th, they requested some additional documents which I uploaded the same day. Now, on September 29th, I received an invitation for an in-person interview.
Does anyone have tips or advice on what to expect? What documents should I bring with me to the interview?
Thanks in advance 🙏

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user seeks advice regarding the DTV visa interview at the Kuala Lumpur embassy after receiving an invitation for an in-person meeting. Fellow members share their experiences and recommend bringing relevant documents including bank statements, proof of income, and anything submitted with the application. They mention the importance of being prepared to discuss job details and future plans in Thailand.
Questions about your job (if you applied with remote job), what are your plans while in Thailand, show your income and bank statements. I went to the interview today in Laos and got my visa approved
Bring yourself, look respectable, act politely, bring any relevant hard copies etc they are probably doing a few random checks to ensure the person is physically in the Country at the time of application.GL
another group expert says take the documents and you said only interview no documents 🤔 you should already know living in Thailand so long time that always bring every documents with you.
Any kind of proof of Income , saving , bank statement , name card, company registration - Anything that gives you value in front of their eyes, plus, a reason about why you want to go there and what you can do or what you gonna do
Finally we are starting to see a little trend. Just bring everything you submitted online. Be ready to show bank balance on your phone. They just want to see a real person answer questions
