I am American trying to get O-A visa. I am getting grief about the medical form I submitted. The embassy staff in Washinton are asking for a stamp with proof of the doctor office.
I requested this from my doctor, but they do not have any type of stamp. Everything is electronic. My doctor was surprised to fill out a paper form.
I attached his business card to the form and it is not being accepted either.
Any advice? And be respectful please.

TLDR : Answer Summary
An American expat is struggling to fulfill the medical form requirements for an O-A visa due to the embassy's insistence on a doctor's stamp, which their US-based doctor cannot provide as they only use electronic records. Suggestions from the community include getting the form notarized, obtaining a stamped form from a Thai doctor, or using telemedicine services from Thai clinics that are familiar with the processes and requirements for visa applications.
do you think a doctor is going to take the time to have a document notarized? When I was visiting America, I couldn’t even see a doctor. They always shuffled me to a nurse practitioner. And that knucklehead spent about two minutes with me.
will do a video call with you and send you the completed form however you need it to satisfy your embassy. All doctors know that it's a stupid request and most don't even bother doing any tests before signing it.
I've never seen any embassy state that. The visa application is required to be done in your home country, but I don't see where it says the medical exam must be.
I know what the requirement is. And most doctors laugh at the form and sign it. Many people have used Dr Donna to get their OA visa. There's a reason it's offered as a service in their website. A quick video call to see that you don't have elephantiitis 🙄 and then you have your signed form.
