Just went all the way to Muang Thong Thani for my 90 days but did not have the white sheet from my last report. I was told that I would just pay a fine by my boss but the women told me I have to go to the police station to report the white sheet as lost . Can anyone give more information about this ? Which police station ,, what is the protocol ?

Totally the normal for Chaengwattana/MTT when you don't have the previous receipt. We've been telling people over and over IF you don't have it go get a police report. ANY police station will write a report for you stating you lost it.

 you get a police report stating you lost your 90 day report receipt and you take that back to immigration so you can file your new 90 day report

 yep, just explain to the police you lost the form , you will be finished in less than10 minutes.

same thing as when you lose a bank book
