You just fill in the email and the password. And below you type the code you see. This has been around the internet for the past 25 years.
Peter Slaman I have done that. It says incorrect username or password but they are stored in my laptop. I’ve tried on my phone (same username and password) it’s says incorrect code, I have tried 10 times.
I think I remember a few years ago the thai website was saving usernames from previous users without wiping the cache between user logins. Basic security fail 101
If you’re referring to the unfamiliar email address, just delete it and enter your own email address and password. The letters and numbers below are simply a standard security check that everyone has to complete when logging into their account.
Lynn Goodall Have you tried opening the Thai e-Visa website in a private/incognito browser window and logging in from there? That should prevent any saved login details from interfering. If that doesn’t work, I’d try the “Forgot password?” option to reset your password.
Lynn Goodall It sounds like your browser may have saved incorrect login details. Try opening the official Thai e-Visa website in a private/incognito window and entering your own email address and password manually. If they still aren’t accepted, use the “Forgot password?” option to reset your password. The unfamiliar email address doesn’t necessarily mean someone has accessed your laptop.
