Anyone know what's up with the www.thaievisa.go.th site.  I had account set up, had uploaded all but one document.  Today, had planned on uploading final document and paying for visas... but can't sign in.  It keeps saying I was idle for over 20 minutes.  Tried password recovery, but get same message.  If I try to set up a new account, it says that email already has an account.  What do I do?

All applications had to be completed by yesterday. The system is now unavailable for incomplete or new applications while they are transitioning to the stickerless system.

It should be back on Sept 27 but technical upgrades commissioned by Thailand tend to go a little longer than planned (the 90 day website was offline for months and the immigration website to make appointments has been down for almost 2 months now 😅)

Ugh! We are leaving Oct. 15th! Applying for Long Stay O-A visas. Do you know how long the stickerless system will take to process visas?

Thanks so much. Kind of in 'freak' mode right now. I guess, at the worst, we'll have to reschedule our flights. Ugh! It's just that we have to schedule workers to help us close up the house here in Maine the day we leave and schedule rides to the airport... ugh. OK, thanks.

not sure since it's completely new. In theory it should be much faster and much better since you no longer have to mail in your passport.

I would recommend checking often starting on the 27th to be at the front of the line so you can get your visa and then get started on your COE.

do you know if we can still submit an visa application through the mail, like before?

don't know but it seems like they won't even be able to print Visa stickers at all so this may replace everything. Try messaging them on Facebook to ask

possible solution..clear the cookies from whatever browser you are using and try again..that should not effect your account credentials..
