I finally received my Thai Pass!! What I did differently this time - I submitted a screenshot of my digital vaccine cert, rather than the scanned image of the vaccine cert hard copy (other than the fact that I included the vaccine QR code). And almost instantly, I received the Thai Pass, probably after 3 minutes or so!! Those of you who did not do that previously, you should try! (PS - I'm from Malaysia)

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user successfully obtained their Thai Pass by submitting a screenshot of their digital vaccine certificate along with the vaccine QR code, instead of a scanned image of the hard copy. This change resulted in a quick approval, taking about 3 minutes. They also encourage others who faced issues previously to try this alternative method.

If only the American vaccine cards weren’t some printed looking index cards and something more official

You can potentially register for a digital certification with a QR code, depending on where you live. I did it very easily in CA. Apparently the QR code can significantly speed up the approval process. Not sure if they have this option where you live but it's worth looking to see if either the state gov't, or even the pharmacy or site that administered the jab, has some sort of digital certification with a QR code. Good luck.

I'd be surprised if MA didn't have an option like this. It's worth looking into. Good luck!

Adrian Baker I’m over in mass and I doubt it but nevertheless I am going to look into it, it seems to make a big difference and I’d rather not find out a day or two before my flight if there was a problem

A little tip for you. When you receive anything from them that is in a PDF format then convert it into a JPG format otherwise you won't be able to upload it successfully.

i thought you can just put the file generated by mysejahtera ?

For the vaccine page, did you put the same image for all 4 ? (1st/2nd vaccine detail, 1st/2nd vaccine QR?). You flying bangkok right ?

You use google email or hotmail?

I used Gmail.

I got so desperate in the end I decided to use the screenshot of the mysejahtera digital covid cert instead, for both, and only the vaccine qr code for the requested other two.

By the way, another question, for the insurance, did you purchase Thai insurance ? OR use existing Malaysia insurance ?
