Hello guys

I am returning a small packaged smartphone with battery from Thailand to China.

Has anyone successfully sent a package containing electronics using Thailand post ?

Thailand Post in Rayong has just told me they would not ship any electonics in any way. I was surprised.

What mail service should I use, I don't know.

Any advice?

Thanks guys, you're always awesome

Don't think you can post batteries

you can, but you have to use FedEx and you have to have a specific label on the box regarding the batteries. FedEx can help you. I've posted a laptop with lithium batteries before.

Yes, it should be that you can't post lithium batteries, however they don't allow to send any electronics anyway either by air or land

Doesn't whoever you bought it from any information? When i returned one they sent a service to collect it.

that's a good point. However, the seller hasn't mentioned that and rather asked me to find out the price of a local service.

But thanks for pointing that out
