I'm in Adelaide, South Australia and did my Non.O visa application all online via the official Thaievisa website through the Thailand Embasy in Canberra.Make sure you do the application on a computer, not phone. All files are to be pdf or jpg

I paid a total of 18K Baht; this covered the agent and the government fees. Smooth process, caught an error that would have resulted in a rejection had I done it myself, and they not only took care of everything, they guarantee their results. most of the stuff you can do yourself for free or low cost. So an agent will charge you whatever they want and you can either accept it or decline. Every agent is different.
