Thai language schools and Muay Thai gyms that provide classes for people on education visas typically handle the paperwork for you. Find a school, ask them, and they will sort you out. Most can get you from a tourist visa to a non-o, no problem

To be clear, are you asking for someone to help you get illegal visas where you don't meet the requirements, or are you asking for someone to help you with the paperwork?

Okay, that should help people familiar with Samui make the correct recommendations. But the school sponsoring the ED visa should be the one helping with that.
