What is the process for applying for a Thai visa from Paraguay, considering there's no official Thai embassy?
Has anyone from South America recently applied or had any experience here? I'm currently in Paraguay (but I have an EU passport), and if I'm not mistaken, there's only an honorary consulate in Asunción, but no official embassy. The nearest Thai embassy is in Buenos Aires 🇦🇷.
So how does the process look like to apply from here - or is it not even possible to apply from a country where no embassy exists?

BUT the Thai Embassy in Buenos Aires ONLY accepts Method of PAYMENT as CASH only in US Dollars
so, to actually start the processing of a Thai E–Visa Application at the Thai Embassy in Buenos Aires, you or someone else would have to make the CASH Payment in US Dollars in–person at the Thai Embassy in Buenos Aires
Either you make a trip to Buenos Aires to make Cash Payment or arrange for someone else to make Cash Payment on your behalf at the Thai Embassy in Buenos Aires (Cash Payment in US Dollars)

There is no full Royal Thai Embassy located in Paraguay. Diplomatic and consular services for Paraguay are handled by the Embassy in Buenos Aires - Argentina, which has jurisdiction over Paraguay.
