I've had no problems in Thailand No difference to anywhere else in the world I've rented cars from

No problems in the past. Credit card, international Driving License and national driving License you need for rent. Thai Companies maybe easier but not sure.
Full to full regulation and incl. all Kilometer and I make pictures from all of the car all sides and show the agent when I pickup the car.
