I don’t own a company just work remotely for US based company and qualify for the 80k masters degree exemption.

I read all the requirements but the one I’m not sure about is this one

Public company on a stock exchange or; Private company in operation for at least three years with combined revenue at least USD 150 million in the last three years

it's required. And for MANY self employed Digital Nomads... It is a deal breaker.

yeah that’s unfortunate . Many people work remotely with 6 figure salaries for companies that are not 150 million revenue companies . That’s a silly requirement
