there is NO down side to bouncing early, and while you don't NEED to bounce until April 15th (if you stretch your days as far as you can) you have no idea what the situation will be like then. IF you hold a year-long, multi-entry Non-Immigrant visa just bounce NOW and get a new 90 day stamp that will take you thru June. That should be long enough to see if this covid-19 is gonna blow over or blow up.
