Try propertyscout.com or fazwaz.com and with keywords search “Asok BTS” or “Sukhumvit MRT”. With your price range, you should find one at least 35sqm. I have good experience with Noble development eg Noble BE19, BE33 or Noble State. Best of luck!

Best idea is to use the websites to ascertain the quality vs budget element - a map for your location - pick a few building that suit….

Then simply walk in and ask to see some of the rentals available.  Theres almost always someone on site or at the end of phone - who will facilitate.  Usually you see whats available immediately or within  an hour or two.   I ended up with 1 bed & 92sqm in soi 13, for far less than your budget.

Circle Living Prototype. It’s not on Sukhumvit, but on Petchaburi Rd running parallel to Sukhumvit. It’s walking distance to soi11 and MRT Petchaburi. Short bike to Nana or Asok BTS.

If you get a high floor and west side view, you’ll an arguably better view than any rooftop bar. Sunsets too.
