The visa application form from KL asks for 1. guarantor in Thailand AND, 2. local guarantor. Forgive my ignorance, but item 2: local to where? Is it the same as the Thai guarantor?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The visa application form from Kuala Lumpur requires a guarantor in Thailand and a second local guarantor, which can be interpreted as either a host in Kuala Lumpur (KL) or details of your accommodation, like a hotel manager. Some users suggest filling in your hotel details in KL and your address in Thailand, marking it as 'self' or leaving it blank if you're unsure.
