Wouldn't recommend and someone else posted her bad experience with them recently on this group.

I dont recommend, they ghosted me never replied asked the same docs over and over

With agency if it's not soft power owner of MuayThai boxing or Thai cooking, if just agent middle man most Thai embassy don't like it, and more chance to get rejected. If you do workcaction is the best way to do it on your own.
