I'm looking for a company that can handle my whole DTV application and the whole process. I'm planning on moving to Thailand in May or June. Please message me if you can help... Yes, I have reached out to a few in the past and never got any response.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The post discusses the search for a company to handle the DTV visa application for moving to Thailand, with several comments offering recommendations for companies such as Siam Legal and Baan Thai Immigration Solutions. Some commenters offer perspectives on using agents versus handling the application independently, and there are mentions of various personal experiences with different agencies.
I used Siam Legal and was very pleased. They were picky about the photographs I submitted but that pickiness paid off in the end. My application was approved two days after submission.
Anonymous participant 679 people have their reasons. For instance some people want certainty etc. its also not the same effort, not in my experience anyway.
sure, although any decent agent will not submit unless they are sure, again in my experience. And again will check you are eligible before taking money off you. Each to their own.
Be careful with the advice about the use of the Agent to obtain the DTV visa. We are seeing several recent reports of those who have used an AGENT having their application DENIED in Hanoi. It appears that the Agent may be using boilerplate documents and the Agents email address in filing the DTV Visa Application using the Evisa online application system.
Having an Agent may be helpful for reviewing the DTV visa application which is then submitted by the applicant when they arrive into the country where they're making their application.
i already did thanks. I read lots, not one of them I read talked about being rejected and used an agency. I am interested as I have a friend who is thinking of going that route (agency in Hanoi). Your post reads as if there are lots of reports of those being rejected.
I stand by what I have said. There's a change of approval for the DTV visa in Hanoi...the only link appears to be that the application was prepared by and submitted by an AGENT.
Having read a lot of the posts not one that talks about rejection mentions agents (from the sample I read) so to say ‘the only like appears to be agents’ feels like wild speculation rather being based in fact. Not very helpful but thanks anyway. Have a good day.
thank you for your good wishes 😊 AND Congratulations on your recent November 2025 marriage in Thailand. Best Wishes for your good health & happiness together ♥️♥️
thanks for posting the examples. They prove my point - none of them talk about rejected after using an agency. I think you just proved you were speculating when you said the ‘only link was an agent’. Or you have had too much Chang today. All a bit odd really. Take care
